The consideration of the "case of five" is about to begin – the activists of Narodna Square are already in court.

The court is considering the case "On removing of obstacles for land use" the parties whereto are: the Housing Department of the RSA, activists Volosyansky, Voloshin, Gregor, Dyba, Dub, "Perepilka" company and "Kovatekhbud" LLC.

Public and journalists were allowed to be present at this meeting. The judge is to decide whether to allow a video recording. The chair in the case is Alla Saray.

Recall, the claim against the activists was submitted after Saturday’s events on Narodna Square.
