The City Hall will sell the bus station land for 1.5 million (DOCUMENT)

At the regular session of Uzhgorod city council, it will be proposed to sell the "Zakarpatavtotrans" Open Joint Stock Company a plot of land with an area of ​​0.9211 hectares, where the bus station building is situated at Stantsiyna street 2. 

Deputies plan to approve the land value at 1,485,734 UAH. The buyer will acquire land at 161 UAH for 1 sq. m.

The department of municipal economy will enter into a contract on behalf of the City Council.
