At the regular session of Uzhgorod City Council, the deputies plan to consider the draft decision "On introduction of e-procurement in the interests of the territorial community of Uzhgorod".
Utilities, executive bodies, institutions and organizations of Uzhgorod City Council that are spending units will be tasked to conduct procurement of goods, works and services, the cost of which does not exceed limits established by Part 1 of Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement", in the e-GP ProZorro (http://prozorro.org/).
It is also planned to adopt the Procedure for application of e-procurement by utilities, executive bodies, institutions and organizations of Uzhgorod City Council that are spending units.
The procedure will be applied to the purchase of goods and services, the cost of which amounts to 10,000 UAH or more – for goods and services, and 30,000 UAH or more – for works.
