The city council is reorganizing the department of capital construction

According to the Mayor, at today’s regular meeting of the executive committee the municipal authorities are reorganizing the department of capital construction (until recently it was headed by Igor Truskavetsky who became involved in a criminal case).

As the Mayor informed, the nearest session of City Council will consider the issue of the reorganization of the department "as they failed in their work and fulfilled the plan for the year only by 32%."
