The City Council has decided to fight the terrace on Korzo

The story with a terrace on Korzo Street owned by the "La Bouchee" has new developments.

The city authorities have repeatedly fined the owner, who in turn went to court. The city claims that the terrace has no permissions. So they suggest to dismantle the terrace, because "the establishment wants to take a half of the storm grates on Korzo."

According to a member of the executive committee Volodymyr Pavlyshyn, the terrace does not meet the complex architectural requirements on such designs on Korzo.

According to the Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey, terraces should fit into the architectural concept and be legal. Overall, the debt for the terrace is about 9,000 UAH and the legal department of the executive committee is preparing a lawsuit.
