"The rent for the building of the "Chervena Ruzha" brings around 70,000 UAH per month and it is good revenue to the city budget, especially since the lease is, I think, to 2024" – deputy Rostislav Bulanov objected to the sale of the building. But he was supported by only 7 colleagues in the hall.Instead, by 50 votes they adopted the decision to add several items to the list of the objects of privatization, including the "Chervena Ruzha" and the former dental clinic at Mynaiska, 23a. Only 8 members voted to remove the dental clinic from the privatization list.
