She is accused of committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Art. 366 (entering knowingly false information into official documents) and Part 2 of Art. 191 (embezzlement and seizure of someone else’s property by abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
During the investigation, it was established that the accused had entered false information into the timesheet and the minutes of the meeting of the said election commission. In particular, by entering false information into official documents, she unreasonably allocated bonuses for organizing and conducting elections to herself and other members of the commissions, which caused more than UAH 57,000 in damages.
The pre-trial investigation in the said proceedings has been completed, the indictment has been sent to the Irshava District Court, the Press Service of the Trascarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.
