As the attackers later admitted, during the fight, they beat the victim, took his mobile phone and left him on the street near one of the shops. Later, trying to conceal the robbery, they carried the body of the unconscious man to a deserted place and left it on the bank of the Tisa river.
Suspected of robbery (Part 2 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and illegal imprisonment (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the attackers were detained without the right to be released on bail. The man’s body has not been found yet.
Currently, according to Vitaliy Gregor, the request of law enforcement officers to extend the pre-trial restraint against the suspects is being considered by the chairman of the court V. Danko.
