The traditional "Carpathian Bear" power tournament will be held in Uzhgorod on Sunday, August 25. Athletes from Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Donetsk, Mukachevo and Uzhgorod will take part in the competition. They will compete in the following events: 120 kg log lifting, deadlift, 120 to 160 kg stone lifting, timed car holding, farmer’s walk (with 150 kg suitcases).
The tournament will be held with the support of the Uzhgorod City Council’s Department for Culture, Youth and Sports.
We invite Uzhgorod residents and guests of the city to come and support the participants of the competition, which will start at 14.00 on Teatralna Square.
