The car, that blocked the passage on Nezalezhnist embankment, was removed from the road

The other day, it was reported that an unknown driver had left his car on Nezalezhnist embankment blocking the only passage to the houses.

The police responded to reports from residents of the regional center who complained about the driver of a Skoda Octavia blocking the only driveway to the private homes of the residents.

As the police found out, the driver of the car with foreign registration, had left the car on Nezalezhnist embankment in the city of Uzhgorod for 11 days and blocked the only passage for car owners who live in homes nearby.

Officers of the Patrol Police Office in Transcarpathian region unblocked the passage. The car was towed to a parking lot nearby.

The police are identifying the driver, who violated the requirements of Article 122-2 (failure to comply with the requirements for stopping) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine. The man is to be fined or deprived of the right to drive a vehicle for a term of three to six months.
