The Cabinet banned sidewalk parking. Do our drivers know about it?

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine prohibited to arrange parking spaces on sidewalks and carriageway of the roads 

According to the "Komentari", citing the State Committee for Entrepreneurship, the relevant amendments to the Rules for parking of vehicles were made ​​by the Cabinet Decree number 583.
"This prohibition, of course, does not apply to operators which are entities that arrange and maintain parking areas," – representatives of the State Committee said.
In turn, operators are prohibited to provide areas for parking on sidewalks and carriageway of the roads for use by other entities.
They believe that those amendments will allow to move past conflicts arising between undertakings and drivers who are prohibited to use free parking spaces in the recreation areas and public places.
