The building on Voloshin street is “screaming” (PHOTOS)

This house, like most in the old Uzhgorod, is considered a historical monument. However, on Voloshin street, this house under number one is of a special interest.

The thing is that the imprint of the present is "superimposed" on the past there. Old walls in need of repair, pathetic advertising on A4 paper sheets in the windows and… graffiti. All that together creates quite an ugly appearance.

When will Uzhgorod authorities notice these horrible things and finally ban to "stick" everything on houses?
