The private owner, who for several months has been piling up construction materials on one of the tourist highlights of Uzhgorod – the Castle Stairs leading from Pidhradska street to the Castle Hill – today was strictly warned and ordered to remove the materials as soon as possible.
This was reported by the press service of Uzhgorod City Council.
The owners of the private house, who lives next to the historical and architectural attraction, also has been regularly piling up sand on Pidhradska street. He says that there is not enough space for it in the yard and as soon as the repair is completed he will remove everything.
Officers of the department of the municipal police and law enforcement reminded the man that, due to the onset of cold weather, soon he would not be able to perform works and drew up an order to eliminate violations of the Rules of Landscaping.
During the next inspection, in case of non-compliance, they will draw up the report on administrative violations and fine him.
