The brass orchestra of the regional philharmonic will play “Rhapsody of Spring”

Traditionally, the brass band of the Transcarpathian regional philharmonic celebrates the arrival of this season with a new program.

This time, the orchestra will perform works in various styles and genres. Among others, the famous "Can-Can", "Three musicians" by L. Kolodub, "Libertango" by A. Piazzolla, the song "Hello, Dolly" from the musical by J.Herman, the soundtrack from the Hollywood movie "Pink Panther", etc.

 The director of the band is Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Spivak. Iryna Filipenko (vocal), Yevhene Tsanko (accordion), Hryhoriy Chepura (saxophone) and students of Uzhgorod Children’s Musical School Katerina Nazarchyk and Nikita Vorotnyuk will add their solo performances to the program.

 The host is Olga Donetska. Music fans will be able to listen to "Rhapsody of Spring" on March 17 at 16.00.

 The concert will be held within the project "Weekend Music."
