The bomb threat in the school in Kolchino was reported by a student

The police have identified the person who reported false bomb threat in a Transcarpathian school: she turned out to be a student

As we reported, today, on September 22, at about 12:50, the police received a report of bomb threat in the secondary school in the village of Kolchino, Mukachevo district.

After receiving the report, the investigative team, bomb disposal technicians, rescuers, and an ambulance immediately arrived to the school.

Officers of the district police department restricted access to the building, and all students and teachers were immediately evacuated.

Bomb disposal technicians carefully inspected all the premises and the adjacent territory of the school. No explosive or suspicious objects or substances were found. At the same time, officers of the Mukachevo district police department carried out a number of operative and search measures and identifed the caller.

She turned out to be a student of the educational institution. The girl did not explain the reason for her action. Police and psychologists are now talking with the schoolgirl. After the examination, the legal assessment of the minor girl’s actions will be provided.
