Hungarian photographer Csaba Daróczi won the Nature Photographer of the Year competition. His photography was selected out of more than 14,000 works, the MyHungary.Net informs.
Nature Talks holds a competition for the best nature photos of the year. In 2019, they received more than 14,000 entries from 73 countries. Prizes were awarded in several categories, including birds, mammals, plants and fungi, as well as landscapes. One of the most prestigious awards at the competition is the title "Nature Photographer of the Year" which went to Csaba Daróczi, who has been doing nature photography for over 25 years. In addition to the title, he will receive 3,000 euros.
The winning works will also be shown at the photo exhibition at the festival, and later in the Netherlands, Belgium and France at the travelling exhibition.
