The best journalists of the region were awarded in Transcarpathia

Today, June 8, in the restaurant of the hotel complex "Druzhba" in Uzhgorod, there were celebrations on the occasion of the Day of Journalist. The leaders of the region – Mykhailo Rivis and Hennadiy Moskal – presented regional awards in journalism and letters of gratitude to representatives of Transcarpathian media.

Mykhailo Rivis said that journalism is a very difficult profession, because its representatives have to not just write the history of our time, but also to objectively and impartially reflect the dynamic course of our lives.

On the occasion of the Day of Journalist, for prompt and objective coverage of the activities of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, local government of the region, productive hard work and proactive journalist stance, diplomas of the Regional Council were awarded to: Vasyl Bedzir – correspondent of the newspaper "Uryadovy Kuryer", Vasyl Ilnytsky – correspondent of the newspaper "Den", Irina Varhalionok – editor of the "TV channel Danio", Petro Polikh – deputy editor of the newspaper "Novyny Zakarpattya" Mykhailo Nosa – journalist of the newspaper "Nedilya", the chairman the Editorial Board, Vitaliy Smirnov – journalist of the Internet publication "Transcarpathian insider", Mykola Starosta – journalist of the Internet publication "Transcarpathian news." Diplomas of the Regional Council were awarded to: Nicoletta Bokshan – editor of the "TV channel Danio", Nelya Yanchuk – journalist of the branch of NSTU "Transcarpathian Regional Directorate" PJSC, Zsolt Bado – journalist of the newspaper "Karpatolyo", Alla Legeza – journalist of the TRC "M-Studio". Letters of gratitude of the Regional Council were awarded to: Alla Datsyuk – the head of the PR Department of the Main Office of SFS in Transcarpathian region, Victoria Kopynets – journalist of the newspaper "Karpatskij objektiv", Alla Kokhan – the head of the Information Department of Uzhgorod City Council, Maria Kochmar – journalist of the TRC "Pershy kabelny" and Vironika Frehan – journalist of the TRC "Pershy kabelny"
