The conflict has been resolved. The "Bear grove" estate is back in the hands of the formal owner – the investment firm "Sport-tour". The deed of transfer was signed by its director, Oleksandr Yakovlev. He said that he had no claims neither to the Right Sector, which took the estate under the control on Sunday, March 23, nor to other persons who were at the territory these days.
As Oleksandr Sachko, the Head of the Right Sector in Transcarpathia commented, they had taken control over the estate due to the information about planned provocations and possible seizure, robbery, or arson of the complex, which is thought to actually belong to the odious politician Viktor Medvedchuk. Therefore, the "Bear grove" was guarded, and the complex itself and the property is preserved and intact.
Among other persons, it was witnessed with the signature on the deed of trasfer by the Volovets District Council chairman Ivan Shcherbey.
