The Antimonopoly Committee will check the “Zakarpatavtotrans”

By the order of the administrative board of the Transcarpathian regional territorial office of the Antimonopoly Committee of 24.03.2015 №11-rp / c, the proceedings against the "Zakarpatavtotrans" JSC have been initiated due to its actions having signs of violation of laws on economic competition protection.

The "Zakarpatavtotrans" JSC, contrary to the Law of Ukraine "On Automobile Transport" and Rules of provision of transport services, refused to sell tickets at reduced fare for intercity and / or commuter buses in bus station ticket offices in the region to persons enjoying such benefits – the press service of the Transcarpathian office of the AMC reported

As reported, yesterday, there was a scandal at the Uzhgorod bus station. A mother of an ATO participant was denied a ticket at reduced fare.  She reported that to the head of the Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal, he arrived there and called the police to deal with the offense.
