The first radical eco-quad-race titled "Healthy Generation – Healthy Environment" will be held on Sunday, June 18. The event is held to support a healthy lifestyle and respect for nature.
The participants of the race will start from different cities of Transcarpathia on ATVs, cars, SUVs and meet at 10:00 am in the parking lot in front of the military commissariat in the city of Irshava (Shevchenko st., 39). Then, all together they will go to the recreational area on the Irshavka river, where they will be cleaning this area from garbage.
All concerned residents of Transcarpathia are invited to participate in the eco-quad-race!
This year, the event will be held in support of the legislation on stimulation of the use of waste as a source of secondary materials and alternative energy that are currently registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In the future, they plan to hold eco-quad-races in all cities of Transcarpathia to clean the region from plastic bottles and plastic bags, which have become a sad symbol of the region and poison the lives of its inhabitants.
