During the planned inspection of the construction of a high-rise building on Hoyda Street in Uzhgorod, employees of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of Uzhgorod City Council found numerous violations.
In particular, the developers made an additional storey on the 8th floor on the 1st section of the building, although it is not provided by the approved project documentation.
It was also found out that there is no record in the general work log with comments of the technical supervisor about the add-on, although in accordance with the normative documents this specialist should verify the conformity of the performed construction work with the design. There are also no records in the author’s supervision log.
Based to the results of the inspection, the relevant documents on the detected violations were drawn up, the order for elimination of the violations was issued, and fines were imposed on the responsible persons.
Now the additional storey is already being demolished.
