The abuser of a minor girl is being held in custody in Mukachevo

The prosecutor’s office of Mukachevo proved in court the guilt of a 42-year-old resident of the village of Kosino, Mukachevo district in molesting of a minor girl (Part 2 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Thus, during the trial, it was proved that, in March 2019, the defendant had intentionally committed some abusive acts against a 12-year-old girl.
Having heard all the arguments of the prosecution and the defense, the judge of the Mukachevo City and District Court found the accused guilty of the crime and sentenced him to 5 years in prison.
