The 70th concert season of the Philharmonic opens with the organ festival (Announcement)

Every authumn brings residents and visitors of Uzhgorod a unique music festival – the International Youth Festival of Organ Music named after Natalia Vysich. From September 15 to October 2, it will be held for the eighth time in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic.

The program of the event is rich and varied: 8 concerts with the participation of well-known Ukrainian and foreign organists and singers, violinists, pianists and others. The organ school of the region will be represented by former pupils of Honored Artist of Ukraine Natalia Vysich Olga Chundak, Tetyana Tishchenko, laureate of international contests Katerina Shapran (Slovakia, the city of Kosice) and soloist of the Transcarpathian Philharmonic Katerina Hazho.

The VIII International Youth Festival of Organ Music named after Natalia Vysich will be opened by guests from Budapest: on September 15, at 18.30, organist students of the Franz Liszt Academy of Music Orsolya Papp, Dávid László Ács and Artúr Schallinger-Foidl will present their concert program. Along with the opening of the festival, the jubilee 70th concert season will begin in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. Join the musical festival life of the region!
