Teachers of UzhNU put forward an ultimatum to Vashchuk and students gave him an adhesive tape

The revolutionary session did not end with unanimous adoption of the motion of no confidence in Uzhgorod prosecutor Shtefaniuk.

The deputy of the council, Professor Svitlana Pakhomova announced the ultimatum from the faculty of UzhNU to Fedir Vashchuk. 

He must resign by 12.00 tomorrow, otherwise the teachers will write statements for resignation. But students’ demand is more stringent: they demand Vashchuk to write the statement today, and prepared a clean sheet for this, and also brought the rector a present – adhesive tape to remind him about Kharchenko. 

Fedir Vashchuk said that he would propose the teachers’ appeal for the consideraton of the staff and then will make a decision. If they decide so, he will write the statement for the resignation and there will be new elections.

Students also passed a motion of no confidence against Andriana Shpilka-Zavadyak, the head of the trade union of the university. They are very angered by this situation and said that they would establishe alternative government of the university.
