The first picture of the arrival of tankmen of the 128th separate mountain infantry "Transcarpathian" brigade was shared by journalist Kostyantin Cherkay.
As we reported earlier, the "Transcarpathian Legion" – the legendary "Iron" 128th – left from the front to the permanent deployment place to restore combat capability (that is, to rest).
This military unit is one of the most powerful in the Ukrainian Army, natives of different regions of Ukraine serve here, but most of them are Transcarpathians, the official headquarters and the place of deployment is in Mukachevo.
The tank unit and medical company have arrived in the suburbs of Uzhgorod (Domanyntsi) by rail, and the regional center is waiting for the 15th battalion and preparing a warm and solemn meeting!
Congratulations of the return, dear defenders! Thank you for the service and for Ukraine! Glory to Heroes!
