Sydorchuk called Transcarpathian not to take bribes

He is dissatisfied with the fight against corruption in Transcarpathia. The prosecutor said that at his press conference.

He said that corruption is the main internal enemy of Ukraine along with the separatist movement. Then he cited specific cases of corrupt officials caught red-handed – particularly regarding the village head, who had been caught on the illegal lease of the community center, and the corrupted educator. They also caught an employee of the Chop customs, and so on.

Sydorchuk said: "If you receive information about a crime, in case of extortion – please appeal to the prosecutors." Also the prosecutor "strongly requested" countrymen not to take bribes, and "the other party – not to be tempted and not to break the law."
