The National product (goods and services) quality contest "100 best products of Ukraine" was established in 2003. Last year the competition was attended by about 1,200 Ukrainian companies. In Transcarpathian region, about 50 manufacturers apply for participation every year.
The competition committee consists of 8 members, mostly officials from the administration. The Director of the State Enterprise "Transcarpathian Research and Production Center of Standardization, Metrology and Certification" Vasyl Pinyashko was appointed as Igor Svyshcho’s deputy.
