“Surprises” from Zelensky continue: next week, the chief officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathia may be dismissed

Volodymyr Zelensky demands to replace the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine office in Transcarpathia, who are in charge of fighting corruption and smuggling. 

He stated that during a working trip to Transcarpathia. In response, Ivan Bakanov, the acting head the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, assured that the abovementioned persons would be fired next week.

The presentation took place in the Transcarpathian customs office. During the meeting, Zelensky was interested in the fight against smuggling. He stressed that his team intends to seriously fight smuggling in Transcarpathia and other regions.

 Zelensky was accompanied in Transcarpathia by the acting head of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov, the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Bohdan, the first deputy head of the Presidential Office Serhiy Trofimov, deputy heads of the Presidential Office Andriy Honcharuk and Ruslan Ryaboshapka, presidential aides Serhiy Shefir and Andriy Yermak, new head of the State Customs Service Maxim Nefyodov, the acting head of the SFS Oleksandr Vlasov.
