Surprise from the “Ukrzaliznytsya”. The train to replace “Uzhgorod-Kyiv” will be arriving in the capital almost at noon

The "Ukrzaliznytsya" did cancel two most popular trains "Uzhgorod – Kyiv".

Instead, they will launch a new daily train "Uzhgorod – Lysychansk", which will arrive in the capital at 11.46.

The information desk of Uzhgorod railway station informed that as of December 10, two most popular trains – Nos. 13 and 99 "Uzhgorod – Kyiv" – will be canceled. Instead, they will launch a new daily train No. 45 "Uzhgorod – Lysychansk". It will be departing from the initial station at 19:50, arriving in Lviv at 01:40, and in the capital – at 11:46. The total duration of the trip to the final destination, that is Lysychansk, will be 30 hours.

Employees of the information desk said that it is still not known whether the electric trains "Uzhgorod – Lviv" will be canceled.

By the way, two new trains will soon be running in Transcarpathia: "Kharkiv – Rakhiv" and "Odesa – Rakhiv – Przemysl". Tickets for them are not yet available.
