The photo exhibition "How I spent the summer" was opened in the PADIYUN as part of the celebration of the new school year beginning. The exhibition is the result of the photo competition announced a month ago. The competition was attended by both professional photographers and amateurs, including the pupils of the PADIYUN photography class.
About 90 works were submitted for the competition, and the organizing committee selected 23 photographs. They can be seen at the exhibition on the second floor of the PADIYUN. The jury, which consists of famous Transcarpathian photographers, reviewed all the works and determined the winners. Those are:
I place – Milena Polyakovska
ІІ place – Roman Krylyak
ІІІ place – Kostyantin Balabanov
In addition, Mila Kurta, Stanislav Ryhan and Pavlo Zhyhal received incentive awards. All winners received diplomas and memorable souvenirs from the PADIYUN.
This is the second photo exhibition of this format in the institution, and the organizers plan to make such events traditional, as informed on the event’s Facebook page.
