"May wanderings" – an exhibition under this title has been opened in the "Uzhgorod" gallery. Students and graduates of the College of Arts and Transcarpathian Academy of Arts presented their works. For two weeks, visitors will have the opportunity to see paintings, drawings and even decorative art works of students and graduates. Today, they are "reporting" in the "Uzhgorod" gallery, and on 26 and 27 of June, in the "Ilko" art gallery, the graduates will present their graduation projects.
During the opening, the speakers advised students to search for their own style in art and, of course, wished them success.
Also, today, May 11, there will be the official opening of the "Erdelyi readings", which this year will bring together a hundred researchers not only from Ukraine, but also from Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Switzerland, the USA and Iraq. The conference will be taking place for two days at the recreation center in the village of Barvinok.
The plenary sessions in four sections will be taking place there: "Arts and culture", "Pedagogy and art education", "Actual problems of fine and decorative art and design", "Modern art process."
On May 12, in the Transcarpathian Art Museum, there will be the opening of the exhibition of Anatoly Kryvolap. And on on May 13, the participants of the "Erdelyi readings" will visit the village of Kolochava in Mizhhirya district. They will be exploring wooden churches of Transcarpathia there.
