Finals of the Third All-Ukrainian Olympics for disabled "Strength of Spirit" was opened in Uzhgorod. The sports event of this level is held in the regional center of Transcarpathia for the second time.
270 representatives from different regions of Ukraine took part in the sports event. Previously, the competition used to take place in Crimea. The venue changed, among other reasons, because the Transcarpathian city has a convenient location and conditions to hold a competition of this level – Valery Hakobyan, the director of the Fund for social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in Ukraine told a correspondent of Uzhgorod.in.
The competition lasted for several days.
