The personal exhibition of works by Uzhgorod artist Tetyana Ivanytska is taking place now in the lobby on the second floor of the secondary school No.3 in Uzhgorod, on Nezalezhnist embankment. Tetyana Ivanytska is the native of the village of Stavne in Velyky Berezny district, now lives in the village of Botfalva in Uzhgorod district. In 2004, she graduated from the department of painting of Uzhgorod College of Arts and the Transcarpathian Arts Institute (2010). She also majored in "monumental painting" at the Lviv National Academy of Arts (2012). Since then, she has been teaching professional disciplines at Uzhgorod College of Arts of the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts. Along with teaching, she also works as the secretary of the Transcarpathian organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. She became a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine in 2015.
There was no official opening of the exhibition, so the artist presented it herself. There are more than a dozen diverse works here. There are flowers, streets of the Bulgarian city of Nessebar and the mountains of Turkey, portraits. The artist has been working since 2007, mainly in the genre of landscape, portrait and thematic compositions, she prefers oil paints, watercolors, gouache. As for the watercolor, she has been practicing with it recently thanks to her students. She admitted that she likes experimenting.
