Streets in Uzhgorod have been renamed. Now its the lanes’ turn

The Uzhgorod City Council has posted on its site the draft decision "On renaming of lanes" concerning the renaming of lanes repeating the names of the streets, according to the recommendations of the commission on the naming (renaming) of streets, lanes, avenues, squares, parks located on the territory of the city of Uzhgorod.

So, the following lanes are to be renamed:

Botanichny (lane) – Botanichny sad;

Griboyedov (lane) – Mykola Leontovich;

Dobrolyubov (lane) – Ivan Pulyuy;

Zaliznychny (lane) – Avtovokzalny;

I. Marton (lane) – Krayniy;

Korolenko (lane) – Panoramichny;

Koshitsky (lane) – Adolf Libsher;

Mechnikov (lane) – Dobrosusidsky;

Nasypny (lane) – Inzhenerny;

Pidhirny (lane) – Kafedralny;

Sobranetskyi (lane) – Humennyi;

Teatralny (lane) – Passage;

Chkalov (lane) – Bazarny.
