According to the Ministry of Health, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Volyn and Donetsk regions do not meet the criteria for relaxing quarantine restrictions.
Lviv region and Kyiv, which have high incidence rates of COVID-19, may relax quarantine, according to the table of the Ministry of Health.
Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr regions, which were the foci of the disease at the beginning of the epidemic, also have optimistic situation.
The transition of the regions to the next stage of quarantine, which provides for the relaxation of quarantine restrictions, is allowed provided that the epidemiological situation in the region meets 4 criteria: bed occupancy; the average number of tests is not less than 24 per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days; the detection rate of COVID-19 infections under 11%; incidence rate increase under 10% (if more than 8 cases per 100,000 inhabitants are recorded in 7 days).
