Such stations are being installed by workers of the municipal enterprise "Kombinat blahoustroyu". The garbage bin stations contain boxes with bags for cleaning up after animals, instructions for their use and trash can. The stock of bags, as well as trash bags for the convenience of public utility employees have already been acquired.
Stations are installed in parks of the city – Peremoha, Kuzma Skryabin, Depeche Parks. At the same time, they are setting up messages for dog owners.
