State Ecological Inspectorate started to penalize civil servants for trash

Employees of the State Ecological Inspectorate in Transcarpathian region began to make raids in districts and bring representatives of the government and local authorities to administrative responsibility for uncleared garbage. This order was given by Hennadiy Moskal.

– The inspectors have already fined a number of heads of district state administrations and village councils – Hennadiy Moskal said. – In particular, the reports of administrative violations were drawn up against the heads of Perechyn, Velyky Berezny, Tyachiv, Mizhhirya, Beregovo and Vynogradiv district state administrations. Heads of the villages of Bilovartsi (Tyachiv district), Vorochevo, Zarichevo and Turya Pasika (Perechyn district), Kolchino (Mukachevo district), Izky and Repynne (Mizhhirya district) were also fined.

In addition, the heads of Uzhgorod, Rakhiv and Khust district state administrations received orders to clean up the territories with specific deadlines. The Ecological Inspectorate has just started. Every civil servant in Transcarpathia, no matter what position he or she holds, should understand – either they will start cleaning their entrusted territories, or they will pay for garbage out of their own pockets.
