The deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration has been appointed
On January 25, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal introduced to the managers of the RSA structural subdivisions his newly appointed deputy Viktor Mikulin.
The head of the region noted that Viktor Mikulin would be in charge of agricultural policy, veterinary medicine, the use and protection of land, forests and natural resources, ecology and environmental protection, tourism and resorts, civil protection and emergencies.
Note: Mikulin Viktor Petrovich was born on Sept. 7, 1960 in the village of Svoboda, Beregovo district. In 1988 he received military and law degree. Professor of criminal law and criminal procedure, Doctor of Law. Viktor Mikulin for four years was a judge of the military tribunal, for eight years he served in the Security Service, from 2006 to 2009 he was the Rector of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine. Prior to this appointment he was the head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the Drahomanov National Pedagogical University in Kyiv.
