The calendar tells that it’s autumn. However on Bercheni street in Uzhgorod it is the height of spring. At least, that is what some chestnuts "decided", and not only became covered with young green leaves, but also… blossomed! Ripe prickly chestnuts are now hanging next to white flowered "candles." So if you suddenly feel nostalgia and want to come back to the spring, you do not have to go overseas, just visit Bercheni street. The spring oasis is currently preserved there.
