The qualifying round of the regional stage of the Nationwide festival-contest for persons with disabilities "Colors of Life" took place in Uzhgorod, the Department of Culture of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration reports.
The creative competition was attended by almost fifty talented countrymen in various art forms: literature, vocal, musical, choreographic, that were demonstrated on th stage, and also in arts and crafts, fine and photographic arts, that were presented in the foyer of the Puppet Theater.
The works of the contestants were judged by the professional jury consisting of artists and representatives of the social sphere.
The competitive performances lasted about three hours, after which the best results were announced:
Nomination "Music art"
First place – Uliana Kastran (Uzhgorod);
Second place – Maria Shvardak (Mukachevo), Yaroslav Hetsko (the village of Kushnytsia, Irshava district);
Third place – Vasil Miryavchyk and Svitlana Solomon (Uzhgorod).
Nomination "Theatrical and literary art"
First place – Myron Bilinkevych (the village of Bohdan, Rakhiv district);
Second place – Kseniya Toroni (Mukachevo);
Third place – Natalia Nazaryk (Rakhiv).
Nomination "Artistic creativity"
First place – Mykhailo Madyariy (the village of V.Bychkiv, Rakhiv district);
Second place – Uliana Voynarovych (Irshava), Fedir Bobal (Mukachevo);
Third place – Nazar Tsohla (the village of V.Rakovets, Irshava district), Yosyp Papp (the village of Kliucharky, Mukachevo district).
The winners received the right to represent Transcarpathia at the gala concert of the festival-competition "Colors of Life" in Kyiv. In addition, all participants of the regional stage were awarded with prizes.
