Almost half a century ago, they began to treat patients with asthma and other non-specific lung diseases in the microclimate of salt mines in Solotvyno. Initially, it was the allergy department of the local hospital, which was later reorganized into the regional allergy hospital known throughout Ukraine.
Unfortunately, specialized hospitals, such as the Solotvyno Regional Allergological Hospital of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, was not treating patients during the quarantine period. And only a week ago, when Tyachiv district was classified as the "yellow" epidemiological zone, the health resort resumed the treatment of patients, – the tyachiv.com.ua informs.
In total, the hospital has 25 children’s and 35 adult beds. The total duration of stay in the health resort for patients, who have vouchers, is 12 days. At present, all patients, who come to the hospital, must have a negative test for coronavirus.
