Social art plein air “GREEN LIFE” will be held in Shayan

From 14 to 23 of October, a social art plein air "GREEN LIFE" will beheld in the village of Shayan.  Its main idea is to show the importance of creating new environmental and energy-saving projects in light of modern Ukrainian art, uniting three generations of artists, to demonstrate great intellectual potential of our country and to draw attention to restoring the purity of the Carpathians, that are called "lungs of Europe".

The participants of the eco-art project will be known Ukrainian artists: Victor Ryzhykh, Mykola Matsenko, Victor Sydorenko, Olena Ryzhykh, Anna Mironova, Yuriy Pikul, Artem Volokitin, Tetyana Malinovska, Anton Lohov, Nina Murashkina, Maria Kryvopishyna and others.

The finale of the plein air will be the presentation of paintings on October 22 in Mukachevo castle of Palanok. At the beginning of December, in Kyiv, there will be the multimedia presentation of the project catalog and a documentary "GREEN LIFE", as well as a major exhibition of paintings in one of the well-known galleries or museums.

The catalog, which will be released after the completion of the project, will feature photos of the place, where the unique art event took place and the work of the artists.

The organizer of the event is LIGHT ART FOUNDATION. The project is supported by the "Institute of Contemporary Art"
