So many flavors of gingerbread: sweet magic with Transcarpathian character (+ PHOTOS)

Mission impossible! Nobody can choose the most delicious gingerbread in the sweet palette. But it’s worth a try. 

On November 7, a new gastronomic attraction was presented in Uzhgorod, which will appeal to both tourists and locals: gingerbread tasting. So what is so special about gingerbread? – the skeptics will say. And – they will be wrong! How do you like the idea of a super-Transcarpathian gingerbread with – guess what – plum jam? And what about the trademark gingerbread with prunes and hazelnuts? 

There are many recipes for these favorite sweets in the world, and the most popular are ginger, honey and almond flour. TM "Zakarpatsky prianyk" knows and uses all ancient traditions of gingerbread production, but also creates original recipes, especially – with Transcarpathian character.
