The temperature on the mountain passes: Latirsky (-4 °), Abransky (-2 °), Yablunetsky (-10 °), Uzhotsky (-6 °), Torunsky (-5 °). Pavement on the roads of national, regional and local levels is slightly covered with snow, the traffic is free.
