Since the beginning of the year, Uzhgorod STI has received 9 requests for public information

In January – November 2015, the supervisory authority has received nine requests for access to public information, including: 1 request from the media, 2 – from citizens and 6 – from legal entities.

 After reviewing the requests, 6 requests were responded to, 3 requests were sent to appropriate information providers.

Experts of Uzhgorod STI say that the requested information concerned, in particular, the availability of land in the requestor’s ownership, payment of rent for land, rates of local taxes, provision of copies of declarations of local authorities officials and others.

  All responds to the requests were provided within the time stipulated in Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information".
