Since the beginning of the year, Transcarpathians have paid more than UAH 2.7 billion of taxes

The Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region informs that between January and August 2016 the consolidated budget received UAH 2 billion 786 million, which is nearly UAH 700 million more than that in the corresponding period of the last year.

It should be noted that the state budget received over UAH 1.085 billion, local budgets – more than UAH 1.700 billion. Thus, the revenues to the state budget increased against those for the same period in 2015 by UAH 98.5 million, and local budgets received nearly UAH 600 million more.

In terms of the basic payments, within eight months of this year, the consolidated budget has received UAH 931.3 million of tax on personal income, which is UAH 128.7 million more than that for the corresponding period of 2015; UAH 232.9 million of CIT which is UAH 80.7 million more than that for the same period of the last year; UAH 310.8 million of excise duty on retail sale of excisable goods which is UAH 106.3 million more than the revenues for 8 months of 2015; UAH 146.9 million of land tax which is UAH 61.9 million more than the revenues for 8 months of 2015.

The specialists of the SFS note that significant amounts of revenues to the budget is achieved due to high tax culture of the payers, the legalization measures taken, improvement of the tax administration system and expansion of the range of services.
