Since the beginning of the year, Beregovo district received 180,000 UAH of the land tax

In general, after full payment of this type of tax, Beregovo district budget will receive about 500,000 UAH.

Beregovo State Tax Inspectorate remind that, according to the Tax Code of Ukraine, the land tax shall be paid by owners of land, land parcels and land users.

The payment for land in Ukraine is levied in the form of land tax and rent for the land plots of state and municipal property. The rate and amount of tax depends on the area, location and purpose.

Land tax is paid by individuals within 60 days after the service of notice of the tax decision.

Individuals in countryside can pay the land tax in village councils under a receipt of acceptance of tax payments.

Please note that the Tax Code of Ukraine establishes liability for late payment of tax in the form of fines and penalties.
