New buildings on Shvabska street have been "growing up" for several years now, and now even more rapidly than before. Until recently, there were mostly one-story houses there, and now there are several multi-storey ones in their place. There are passports on some buildings, the rest are just fenced. There are also many suspended construction sites, which can be used as sets for horror movies and which pedestrians must walk around, risking to be hit by cars.
