Thus the Education Minister Serhiy Kvit answered the question from journalists at the press conference regarding his participation in the election campaign and the visit to UzhNU, the meeting with teachers in the PADIYUN.
Serhiy Kvit stressed that now he is on leave, may lawfully take part in election activities and uses vacation with two goals: "I’m the 11th in the list of Petro Poroshenko Block, on the other hand I am visiting the region where I have not been as the minister, including Lviv, Transcarpathian, Odessa, to talk about the new law on higher education, how it should work. Another issues is secondary education, we are preparing two bills."
According to Serhiy Kvit, we must have the parliament, "which would be, if not the parliament of like-minded people, then the parliament of people whose opinions are in unison, who want to make changes that Ukraine needs". "Therefore I am running for this parliament to try to convince people what changes in education and science should be implemented. I am worried about what’s going on around me. I do not think I should remain silent. On the contrary, the more I am asked, the more I answer."
