Sand and gravel mixture was illegally mined in Irshava district

In particular, they carried out a joint inspection of the Irshavka riverbed between the village of Deshkovytsia and the village of Zahattya (Kolodne) on the administrative territory of Brid village council. An unauthorized place for mining sand and gravel mixture was found in the Nizhche Shishina tract in the coastal protection zone.  

State inspectors measured the linear dimensions and established the total size of the excavations. According to the Methodology, they calculated the amount of compensation for damages caused to the state as a result of unauthorized subsoil use, which amounted to UAH 90,836. The Inspectorate sent the materials to the Irshava Police Department to identify the people involved in the unauthorized mining of sand and gravel mixture, prosecute them and collect damages.
